HR Officer

Lebanon - Beirut

ACTS is hiring for the vacancy of 'HR Officer'

  • Immediate joiners only
  • Residents of Lebanon only
  • Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm; every other Saturday from 8 am to 1 pm
  • Very good command of written/read/spoken English, Arabic (French is a Plus)
  • Bachelor's degree in business management, or Law.
  • 2 years of experience as HR Generalist
  • Communication, organization and follow up skills
  • Acquainted with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Advantage will be given to those with experience in Microsoft Dynamics Navision 2016 or Microsoft Business Central - Payroll section

Brief Job Description:

  • Prepare the monthly payroll and coordinate with the Accounting department for pay details.
  • Operate the full recruitment cycle.
  • Prepare the yearly training plan.
  • Maintain an organized file of employee records, and database of job applications.
  • Draft new employment contracts compliant with the labor law and prepare it for selected candidates.
  • Manage hiring and transfer of employees by issuing work visas and residence permits.
  • Plan and organize yearly company events and employee activities.
  • Regulate attendance, monitor leave requests, and reinforce concerned policies.
  • Report accurate updates to the Group HR Manager and suggest improvement.
  • Act as an advisor for employee concerns, handle day-to-day operations and respond to requests.
  • Register employees in Lebanon branch in the NSSF (National Social Security Fund) and Ministry of Finance
  • Coordinate with other branches for general HR tasks
