Marketing Officer

ACTS is hiring for the vacancy of 'Marketing Officer'

  • Residents of Lebanon only
  • Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm; every other Saturday from 8 am to 1 pm
  • Very good command of written/read/spoken English, Arabic (French is a Plus)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing or a related field
  • 2 years of relevant experience, with previous experience in Digital Marketing
  • Experience in managing Social media marketing, Paid Social and Marketing campaigns
  • Acquainted with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proficient with Adobe graphic design software
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to dig into the details of individual campaigns and ad performance

Brief Job Description:

  • Prepare routine proposals related to the Marketing Campaigns.
  • Assist in launching e-marketing/new media projects with the proper phasing of the online marketing/media process: strategy, planning/buying, trafficking, optimization, and measurement analysis, and ROI.
  • Conduct an on-going search for new and favorable online customer/stakeholder acquisition opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date on and advise ACTS on the latest trends in interactive marketing/media, new trends, or special opportunities.
  • Collaborate with ICT on websites, traffic analysis, and technology-enabled marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in developing the annual Marketing, PR & Events Plan and associated budget.
  • Develop key marketing materials (newsletter, brochure, flyers, etc..) and messages, and draft Press Releases in coordination with the PR agencies.
  • Assist in working on participation & sponsorship contracts for the conference, and monitor the execution of ACTS booth, and assist in all operational assignments in order to guarantee the best results out of any event.
  • Monitor all corporate and project branding that will be implemented in all various types of marketing exercises, in order to keep all marketing activities within ACTS guidelines.
  • Work closely with branches, divisions, departments, and sales teams to assure all the different requirements are perfected.
  • Assist in reviewing all marketing contracts, working on budgets as well as helping in developing/controlling all outdoor & printed media for ACTS.
  • Ensure all the sorts of PR, flyers, brochures, branding & events are in line with the organization's vision and mission.
  • Develop, update and maintain ACTS corporate website.
  • Work on designing flyers, brochures, and visuals.
