ACTS, your exclusive source for Materials Testing Laboratories, announces their new service “Fire Resistance & Reaction to Fire Testing” to help in reducing the fire risks in the construction industry.

ACTS, one of the few agencies in the Middle east to provide fire safety testing and inspection services, established a fire testing laboratory grouping the latest-state-of the art fire resistance testing furnace and relevant testing equipment.

The fire testing and inspection services provided by ACTS include fire resistance testing covering a wide range of standards including ASTM and BS-EN standards, Reaction to fire testing, and fire sealant site inspections.

The new service, launched in September 2019, can be provided for different construction elements such as doors, windows, walls, floors, beams, columns, ceilings, ducts, and other load bearing or non-load bearing elements. Testing can be done with either vertical or horizontal load.
