The project involved the construction of Al Arz Cement Plant in Ain Dara, Mount Lebanon, planned to be managed and constructed by FLSmidth. ACTS performed a broad geotechnical investigation campaign with more than 2,000 drilled meters and numerous in-situ testing (Pressuremeter and Permeability tests) and laboratory tests.
