The project comprises of a 70 hectares reclaimed area located in Beirut central district seafront upon which roads and Infrastructure utilities are planned to be constructed with a total cumulative length of about 5.8 km in addition to two underground parking structures totaling to 60,000 m2 in area. ACTS has performed a broad geotechnical investigation campaign that included drilling of (91) boreholes using double core wire-line system, performing (1250) SPT tests, installing of (25) piezometers for ground water monitoring, performing (220) pressure meter tests, performing (140) permeability in-situ tests, performing laboratory testing on (1600) sample and submitting factual and analysis reports.
