The project consisted of constructing additional fuel tanks, around forty meters in diameter to accommodate the current power plant located in Zouk Mikael, Keserwan District in Mount Lebanon Governate. ACTS Scope included performing the geotechnical onshore and offshore investigations in addition to the bathymetric and topographic surveys.
